Global Concentrate

Ready-to-use preparation after stirring to uniform consistency and after dilution with tap water, depending on the absorbency of the substrate in the ratio 1:2 max. 1:3. Consumption: approx. 0.1 kg / m² (when diluted 1:2 with water). In practice, the consumption depends on the degree of absorption of the substrate. Capacity from a 15 kg package: about 300 m² (at dilution 1:2 with water), about 450 m² (at dilution 1:3 with water). Stir the priming solution solidly, and then apply to the surface in a thin and even layer using a spray, paint brush or roller. The layer so made should be left to dry. The substrate must be stable, dust-free, dry, cleaned of dust, dirt, remnants of paint and loose fragments and other contaminants that may weaken the adhesion of the preparation. Do not lead to the formation of puddles. Start plastering after the surface is completely dry (after 4 – 12 hours ).

Packaging Tailored to Your Needs

Our primer for highly absorbent surfaces, Global Concentrate Gt 15, is packaged in heavy-duty plastic containers, each weighing 15 kg. These specially designed containers ensure safe and hygienic storage of the product, protecting it from external influences such as moisture and dirt. Thanks to the use of top-quality materials, these containers are also resistant to mechanical damage, making transportation and storage significantly easier.

To maximize logistical efficiency and ensure optimal storage conditions, Global Concentrate Gt 15 is delivered on standard pallets, with each pallet containing 24 packages of the product. This method enables easy and safe storage in warehouses and facilitates transportation. The pallets are carefully secured to prevent shifting of the goods and potential damage during transit.

To ensure optimal storage conditions for“Global Concentrate,” it is essential to follow a few key rules. The product should always be stored in its original, tightly sealed packaging, which will prevent moisture and other contaminants from affecting its properties.

Ideal storage conditions require that the premises be dry and the temperature maintained between +5°C and +25°C. Such temperature control is critical, not only to preserve the physical integrity of“Global Concentrate,” but also to ensure that the product retains its adhesive properties and flexibility throughout its shelf life.

In addition, it is very important that“Global Concentrate” is protected from freezing during transportation and storage. Global Contact Concentrate is not suitable for use after freezing and eventual thawing, as irreversible changes in the structure of the formulation occur at sub-zero temperatures.

General Recommendations for the Use of ‘Global Concentrate’

In order to ensure the highest quality of work performed and the safe use of our product, we recommend that the following guidelines be followed:

Observance of Standards: All work related to the application of the preparation should be carried out in accordance with the applicable rules of construction, standards and health and safety regulations. In this way you will ensure not only high quality workmanship, but also safety for contractors and users of the space.

Consumption: The optimal consumption of the product is 0,1 – 0,3 kg per square meter. The exact consumption depends on the absorbency of the substrate and the desired thickness of the layer.

Drying Time: For best results, we recommend allowing the product to dry for at least 240 minutes (4 hours) at 18°C. Drying time is subject to change depending on weather conditions.

Safety:

• S2: Keep the product out of the reach of children.
• S13: Do not store the product together with food, beverages and animal feed to prevent contamination.
• S24/25: To avoid irritation, avoid contact of the product with skin and eyes. In case of contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
• S29: Do not allow remainder of product to enter sewer system.
• S46: In case of accidental ingestion, consult a doctor immediately and show the package or product label.

HEALTH AND FIRE PRECAUTIONS

Non-flammable product. Not classified as hazardous material. During the course of painting work and after its completion, the room should be ventilated until the characteristic odor disappears, after which time it is suitable for use. Keep the product out of the reach of children. Protect the skin by using protective gloves. If it gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and contact a doctor. Water-based product, protect from frost and sunlight. Storage temperature from +5 to + 250C . Detailed information is provided in the product data sheet. Primer GT15 Quartz Contact is not suitable for use after freezing and possible thawing, as irreversible changes in the structure of the preparation occur at negative temperatures.
